John possess over 30 years of recruiting experience. He began working to fill positions during high growth periods as an internal corporate recruiter for Rogers Electronics, progressed to Director of Leadership and Management Development at FMC, a fortune 150 diversified manufacturing firm and in 1997 started his own full life cycle recruiting company. This diversity of roles and experiences brings a level of understanding to our recruiting clients that are unmatched. Along with senior HR roles at FMC, John was VP of Logistics and HR at Rand McNally.

John wrote and published the book: How to Lead So Others Will Follow: A Guide to Leading the Diverse Workforce of Today and Tomorrow.

John received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Eastern Michigan University, and a Master's of Management from the University of Phoenix. He was founder of Read the Green for Kids with Dyslexia golf fund-raiser supporting the International Dyslexia Association. He is a mentor to business professionals through Menttium 100 and InRoads.
